  1. Scroll down till you see ‘Prospecting Agent’ and select the ‘Launch’ button. 

  1. Click ‘Set up agent.’

  1. Enter an internal name and description for your agent, enter your website and select ‘Analyse website.’

  1. The agent will automatically analyse your website and produce information like the below. Edit it to ensure its accuracy, and then select the ‘Next’ button.

  1. Select which email accounts are notified when a contact enrolls. You can select a single user, or you can select to use the contact owner property if you have a bigger sales team. Note that in this stage, if your email account isn’t connected to HubSpot, you will need to do that.

  1. Select a call to action. This basically tells the agent what actions to take when it conducts outreach.
