HubSpot’s Key Integrations
Pro Tip: If you want to find out if your tool integrates with HubSpot, go here and search for it in the search box.
The beauty of HubSpot lies in its ability to become the central hub of your digital operations.
Not only does it do (just about) everything you need from a marketing, sales, and operations point of view, but it also allows you to integrate many tools in case there’s something very specific you need.
Here’s some of the key integrations HubSpot allows:
Email Marketing Tools
HubSpot of course has its own email marketing tool. But what if you wanted to use HubSpot only for sales? What if you already had a trusted email marketing tool?
Well first off, we’d recommend that if you’re going to use HubSpot, you take full advantage of all of its tools. Afterall, only by using all of its tools can you truly achieve a single customer view.
If, however, you’re set on using HubSpot as a sales and CRM tool and you want to use another email marketing platform, you’re in luck.
HubSpot does integrate with other email marketing tools, including, but not limited to:
- Mailchimp
- Constant Contact
- SendinBlue

Social Media Platforms
Again, while HubSpot provides you with all the tools you would need to post and manage your social media account, maybe you’ve already got that handled somewhere else.
And again, HubSpot provides integrations for many of these tools. First off, it integrates with every major social media platform out there.
But more importantly, it also has integrations available for scheduling tools and social media management tools, like Sprout Social, for example.

What If HubSpot Doesn’t Integrate with My Chosen Tool?
If HubSpot doesn’t integrate with your chosen tool, you have three options:
- Use a connector app like Zapier or Make to connect your tool to HubSpot. This could be free or might come at a small monthly cost depending on the connector app that you choose
- Create an API integration from scratch. This option requires heavy work and generally you’ll pay a minimum of $10,000 and up and beyond $75,000 to get this done, depending on the complexity of the integration. HubSpot calls this ‘Private Apps’ and provides some documentation on how to use Private Apps with HubSpot
- Make a choice between HubSpot and your tool. In all likelihood, HubSpot can do what your tool does. So, the question becomes, can you afford to give up everything that HubSpot offers just to prevent the effort required to move over from your tool? If it’s a yes, then it might make sense for you.
All in all, you’ve probably realised after reading this far that HubSpot can integrate with pretty much anything.
Between all the apps available for integration and the use of connector tools like Zapier, you don’t really have anything to worry about. If there was a very unique tool that you couldn’t bring over, even in that case you have the option of an API integration, depending on your available budget.
How to Set Up Integrations
It’s actually easier than you think. In fact, HubSpot even has their own guide for it.
If you don’t want to read the long guide, then we can sum it up in three easy steps:
- In your HubSpot account, click the marketplace icon in the main navigation bar, then select App Marketplace. The Marketplace icon looks like this:
- Locate an app by using the search bar to search by app name
- Click the app and click ‘Install App’
- Follow the instructions from there
