- Customer success teams can say, “identify inactive companies with growth potential and generate targeted plays to re-engage and revive pipeline,” then take those actions in the Customer Success Workspace in HubSpot to drive retention.
- Support teams can say, “analyse seasonal patterns in ticket volume by category to forecast support team staffing needs for the upcoming quarter,” and activate Breeze Customer Agent in HubSpot to handle spikes in support tickets.
It’s available to HubSpot customers with Admin-level access, and you’ll need to enable the connector by sourcing it from the ChatGPT plugin store and authenticating your HubSpot account (more on this later).

- In a ChatGPT chat, click ‘Tools’ and then ‘Run deep research.’
- Select ‘Sources’ and ‘Connect more.’
- Select ‘HubSpot’ from the list.
- Select ‘Connect.’
From there, you’ll be prompted to log in to your HubSpot account. Follow the prompts. Then, open a new chat in ChatGPT and select ‘Tools’, ‘Run deep research’, and ‘HubSpot’ (HubSpot will now appear in the list for you to select).
*Note: There have been some bugs where we’ve seen it’s not connecting properly, however it’s just been released, so there’s sure to be some bugs. If you experience issues, it may be due to this.
