You’ve probably been here before.
You’ve spoken to different web agencies, and they’ve all pitched you something completely different. One sent you a one-pager with a single line: “Website design – $10k.” Another gave you a 37-slide proposal that might as well have been in another language. And the third? Well, they looked affordable—until you realised they didn’t include strategy, content, or even basic SEO.
You’re not just looking for a pretty site. You want a site that actually works. One that reflects your brand and drives leads. But with so many moving parts—copywriting, design, SEO, tech, integrations—it’s hard to know what’s fluff and what’s essential.
That’s where RedPandas come in.
We’ve worked with hundreds of businesses that were sick of cookie-cutter sites and underwhelming results. They wanted something more strategic. More thoughtful. More results-driven.
In this guide, you’ll get a full breakdown of what’s included in our website packages, what each part actually means, and why it matters. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to scale, you’ll walk away knowing exactly what you’re paying for—and what to expect at each level.
What Makes RedPandas Different?
“Website building is an intricate dance between design, consumer psychology, copy and storytelling. Most web design agencies cared about just design – or the opposite – just conversions. You need a package that combines all of it with strategy.”
– Kristina Abbruzzese, Digital Marketing Consultant
Most web agencies fall into one of two camps: either they obsess over design, or they’re laser-focused on conversions. But rarely do they bring those two worlds together—let alone add in the strategic thinking, psychological principles, and content coaching that actually makes a website perform.
At RedPandas, we don’t believe in surface-level design or one-size-fits-all templates. We treat your website like a strategic sales tool. That means every part of the project—from structure to copy to visuals—is crafted to guide your users toward taking action.
Here’s what sets our approach apart:
- Strategy first, always. Design without strategy is just decoration. We map out your customer journeys, build wireframes based on buyer psychology, and use data to guide every decision.
- Copy coaching included. Most agencies either write copy for you (which often misses the mark) or leave you to fend for yourself. We do something better—we coach your team to write clear, high-converting copy using proven frameworks.
- Full-funnel thinking. Every page is planned with intention. It’s not just about what looks good—it’s about what works at each stage of your buyer’s journey.
- Tailored support. Whether you’re on our base package or going all-in with Website Mastery, we guide you every step of the way—from planning to launch and beyond.
This isn’t just web development. It’s business development through your website.
Website Package Breakdown
RedPandas offers three core website packages, each designed to support businesses at different stages of growth and complexity. While all packages include foundational elements, the higher tiers offer deeper strategy, customisation, and support.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
- HubSpot Website Essentials: $20,000
- HubSpot Migration + Strategy: $50,050
- Website Mastery: $99,000

But you’re probably wondering, what does each inclusion actually mean? Below is a more detailed explanation of what each of these items include:
- HubSpot – All projects are built on HubSpot. WordPress is only available for our Website Mastery package.
- Content Inventory – We audit your current website by exporting and organising all pages, then create a prioritised list based on the user journey.
- Sitemap Architecture – We use sales insights and data to plan the best possible structure for your new website.
- Page Strategies (Wireframes) – Strategic wireframes for key pages, focusing on messaging and layout to convert visitors. Wireframes come with step-by-step copy guidance and coaching. This is more about strategy than it is about design. It relates to creating an entire strategy around the design, copy and layout for pages to generate the results that you want.
- SEO Keyword Research – Includes detailed keyword research and SEO optimisation, as well as two workshops: one to teach SEO fundamentals, and a second to review your implementation.
- Content Training – 4–8 workshops focused on teaching your team to write compelling, high-converting copy using StoryBrand and psychology-based principles.
- Content Review – We review and refine your copy. Depending on your package, this covers 1, 5, or 10 pages. May include full rewrites or feedback based on your draft quality.
- Content Migration – We guide you in transferring old content to the new site. We provide DIY video instructions to simplify the process.
- Customer User Path & Data Mapping – Using GA4 data, we map out how users navigate your site, including their entire journey, from entry point to exit points. This helps us craft a full Buyer’s Journey Map, which informs conversion strategy and is tailored by product/service interest. This process is fundamental in understanding what website structure and content your business needs to generate conversions effectively.
- StoryBrand Development – Includes a StoryBrand workshop, Brandscript creation, and homepage messaging based on this framework. This shapes your core messaging across the site.
- Design – All packages include design aligned to your brand. Lower-tier packages use a flexible website theme where you can fully customise things like fonts, colours, and icons to match your brand. However, the layout options are more fixed—we’re working within a set of pre-built building blocks. It’ll still look great and unique to your brand, but we won’t have complete freedom to rearrange everything from scratch like you would with a custom design. The highest tier includes a completely custom theme which we code for you based on your needs.
- Development (Website Mastery only) – Includes a design workshop and full custom code development tailored to your brand and goals.
- Blog Migration – All existing blog content is transferred to the new site.
- Blog Cleanup – We remove outdated or underperforming articles based on SEO, traffic data, and content quality.
- Learning Centre (Website Mastery only) – We build a custom Learning Centre aimed at educating and converting users, with advanced filtering for videos, downloads, podcasts, and other content types. Lower packages include blogs only, however it is possible to add-on a Learning Centre for an additional $2,500 on lower packages.

- 301 Redirects – We ensure old URLs redirect correctly to new pages to maintain SEO and avoid broken links.
- Q&A Weeks – Live Q&A sessions leading up to launch, offering a space to clarify, ask questions, and get guidance.
- Launch Support – On launch day, we provide hands-on support to address bugs or issues. Post-launch, we offer reasonable updates and changes as required (excluding major design changes). Advanced add-on features can be scoped separately.
- Filtered Airtable Galleries (Website Mastery only) – Interactive image galleries (ideal for case studies) using Airtable and Cloudflare. Can be scoped into lower tiers. Airtable subscription starts at $15/month.
- Interactive Maps (Website Mastery only) – Integration with Google Cloud and Maps for interactive location features. Can also be scoped into lower packages.
As you can see from the above, our website projects aren’t simply about building your website. They’re about creating a system that’s going to bring in traffic, leads and sales, and coaching your team on how to use and implement that system effectively.
You’re not just paying for a website – you’re paying for an entire team upgrade and sales generating machine.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
When you’re investing in a new website, it’s natural to have questions—and maybe even a few hesitations. Here are some of the most common things we hear from clients during the decision-making process, along with honest, straightforward answers.
“Do I really need all of this?”
Not necessarily—but if you want a website that actually performs, not just one that looks good, you need more than just design. Each inclusion is there for a reason: to drive results.
Things like copy coaching, SEO guidance, and strategic wireframes make the difference between a website that just exists… and one that converts.
“Can I skip parts of the package?”
Some elements are foundational and come with every package. But for higher-tier features like custom development or advanced SEO training, we’ll help you assess if it’s worth the investment for your goals. We can also scope specific upgrades separately if you want to add them later.
“This seems expensive—why does it cost more than some other agencies?”
You’re not just paying for design. You’re getting strategy, coaching, data analysis, and copy expertise—all tailored to your business. A cheaper site might cost you more in the long run if it doesn’t work.
“What if I don’t have a copywriter or internal marketing team?”
No worries. That’s why our packages include content workshops and review sessions. We’ll guide you through how to write high-performing copy, and we’ll support you along the way.
“What happens if something goes wrong after launch?”
We don’t disappear the moment your site goes live. You’ll get hands-on launch support to fix any bugs or issues, plus ongoing Q&A access beforehand to keep things smooth. And if you want to build on your site post-launch, we can scope that as a separate phase.
Which Package is Right for Your Business?
Not sure which website package is right for you? Here’s a simple way to think about it, based on your business size, goals, and internal capabilities.
You’re a Good Fit for the Base Package if…
- You need a professional website with solid fundamentals, but you’re happy to keep things simple.
- You’ve got internal resources (like a copywriter or marketer) who can manage content creation with light guidance.
- You’re looking for a faster, more affordable launch with less complexity.
- You want a website that looks clean, works well, and can grow over time.
The Middle Package is Right for You if…
- You want more coaching and guidance—especially around copy and structure.
- Your team needs help writing or refining messaging that actually converts.
- You want more customisation than the base package offers, including visuals and templates.
- You’re willing to invest a little more to ensure the website not only looks good but performs.
Go for Website Mastery if…
- You’re serious about turning your website into a lead-generating machine.
- You want a fully customised design and development experience.
- You need strategic support on SEO, messaging, structure, and user experience.
- You have a large or complex site and need help mapping, migrating, and optimising every piece of it.
- You’re ready to invest in a website that becomes a true growth asset for your business.
In short: if you’re after a simple online presence, start with the basics. If you’re focused on performance, conversions, and future-proofing your digital presence, Website Mastery is where the real magic happens.
A quick note on the lower packages:
Don’t let the word “basic” fool you. Even our entry-level packages are designed with strategy in mind. You still get a site that’s built around user behaviour, brand alignment, and clarity of message. The difference isn’t whether your website will be effective—it’s how much hands-on support, customisation, and extra training you want along the way.
Each tier is built to give you value. It just comes down to what level of depth your business needs right now.
Final Thoughts: What You’re Really Paying For
When you invest in a RedPandas website, you’re not just getting a bunch of web pages. You’re getting a strategic asset—something that’s built to reflect your brand, speak to your audience, and actually drive results.
Yes, design matters. But it’s the strategy, coaching, and clarity behind the scenes that make the difference between a website that just sits there and one that sells.
You’re paying for:
- A roadmap built on real user data and buyer psychology
- Guidance and coaching that empowers your team to write better, convert more, and grow faster
- A structure that makes sense to your customers, not just your stakeholders
- And support at every step—so you’re never left guessing
Whether you choose a flexible theme or go all-in with a custom build, you’ll walk away with more than just a website. You’ll have a smarter digital presence that does its job.
