Semih Asaroglu is a HubSpot Specialist at RedPandas Digital, where he leads the onboarding, implementation, and optimisation of HubSpot portals for businesses across marketing, sales, and service functions.  

Over the past two years alone, he has onboarded and optimised 121 HubSpot portals: spanning early-stage startups through to established enterprises running complex, multi-team operations. 

His approach is process-first.  

Before touching the platform, Semih:

Background and Expertise 

Semih holds a background in civil and environmental engineering and has built over a decade of hands-on experience in client-side project management across construction and development projects. 

His role as a client-side project manager has given him visibility across every stage of a construction project, covering everything from initial feasibility through to final wrap-up. 

This includes: 

  • Feasibility & planning: assessing sites and lots, running feasibility reports, and stress-testing project numbers before any commitment is made 
  • Design procurement: appointing and coordinating architects, engineers, and specialist consultants across all relevant disciplines 
  • Council approvals: managing Development Applications (DAs), Construction Development Certificates (CDCs), and navigating approval constraints and rejections 
  • Stakeholder coordination: working across clients, architects, engineers, builders, and tradespeople to keep projects aligned and on track 
  • Construction stage management: familiar with all key stages of a build, from site establishment and pre-construction through to lock-up, fixtures, and practical completion 
  • Contracts & procurement: experienced with building contracts at both government and commercial levels, including formal tender processes for each 

Because Semih has operated as the central coordinator across all these workstreams, he has an unusually complete view of how the construction industry operates.  

Apart from his role, Semih also understands the pipelines, workflows, and commercial drivers of every key player involved in delivering a project.
