2022 in Review by Sophia

What a year 2022 was – if I could give 2022 one word to describe it, it would be GROWTH. But not in the sense of obvious growth, even though there was plenty of that from a business perspective. More so, growth in the sense of learning and expanding our knowledge. 2022 was a year full of lessons and rediscovering what our core value “Love of Learning” truly means.

We’re feeling grateful that our RedPandas team and our clients reached the other side of the pandemic in good health and grateful to our team for continuing to strive and challenge themselves to be better.
The team’s wellbeing was a priority for me, because if last year taught us anything it was how important company culture is and the mental health and wellbeing of each member to the RedPandas community was a focus.
But I’m happy to report that no matter what the challenge, each panda was able to draw strength, patience and understanding to overcome the challenges of the ever evolving digital marketing landscape. And an open mind to learn and become better at what they do.
And so the theme for this year is summed up in our “Love of Learning” core value – both Moby and I have enjoyed reading extra books this year. A reminder that our partner and mentor Bob Ruffolo, CEO of Impact, has re-sparked for us. By reading more books, whether business related or personal development related – that knowledge has helped us become better business owners, better team members and better leaders.
I really do look forward to starting 2023 on the right foot, with an open mind to all the possibilities of growth and creating space for new knowledge and lessons to be applied. And I’m really grateful for the team we have in place at RedPandas – they love what they do and are truly dedicated to ensuring our clients are in a position to achieve their best business, sales and marketing goals.
And Moby and I look forward to sharing all the learnings along the way…
