You may have noticed our cumulative 4-month calculator on our pricing page. Although you need to be prepared for a 12 month commitment with a tool like HubSpot, there is a reason why we like to communicate the cost of the first 4 months as well.
You’re looking at the 4-month mark when HubSpot really starts firing.
The technical part itself will only take a week, in regards to 6-8 weeks we’re talking about a system that has been configured with your own custom properties (e.g. your customer packages, special fields etc), your personas, your lead stages, your custom workflows so on and so forth.
Then you’ve got another 8 weeks where all the content your’ve created, the email templates, landing pages are actually out in the wild being tweaked and optimised.
In short if you’re not seeing value within 4 months then you’ve probably wasted time, not developed enough supporting content or have been sold the wrong product for your business.
Although we’ve strongly affiliated and recognised by HubSpot as partners, we don’t recommend HubSpot to every client. This isn’t always because they aren’t big enough or marketing mature enough either.
HubSpot is a big commitment and definitely isn’t a silver bullet. There are often a multitude of questions clients who are considering HubSpot have at this stage and we’ve heard them all.
